that's seriously fucked up. it's enough for a restraining order and to get at least her the hell out of the house. it would also be an eye-opener for adrian. hell, sending it to adrian may be enough.

Well, he sent this to Adrian as well as myself so I'm hoping that Adrian gets rid of her. This bitch is seriously psycho.

:\ You probably do have to wait for an actual attempt on his life for that sort of evidence to be taken seriously. Even so, how did you receive that message? Could it have been easily manipulated?

Everyone here knows it's real, but it wouldn't hold in court. The only thing you could do is possibly use it to get a PPO on her, and if she violates it, she'll get in trouble. But that's about it. :(

I'm worried. I hope everything turns out alright. :(:(

He copied/pasted it from her skype account. If anything happens to him the cops would have to confiscate the computer.

I don't think that you can do anything with this personally, but he could. He could take it and get an order of protection, and it might actually be enough to get her arrested. This is considered conspiracy to commit murder. It's worth at least a little bit of jail time, and would go on her record. But again, he has to do it.

You could take it in and say you're concerned, but they'd ask you why he didn't.

If he's got a lot of other things, he can take it all in and show that it's been building. If the cops see reason enough for it, they'll come in and take her computer and find everything on there. Even if it's been deleted, they can retrieve it. It's very very difficult to actually permanently remove information from your machine. Sometimes not even a reformat will destroy things. That's why if you've got sensitive materials on your computer, the best thing to do is to break it to shit. Physically destroy it.

Tell him to take it to the cops.
