my son was sucking on his shirt a lot for a while, and still tends to chew on his flash cards rather than learn from them *sighs* i bought them hoping it would help to get him to talk more. if that wasn't enough, the boy will only eat baby food, but he'll eat these stupid cards, made in china, and probably having lead in the paper. the speech therapist tells me that, no it's not the fact that he's tongue-tied, he's got an aversion to texture. apparently that aversion only applies to food and getting his hands dirty *dies*
