I've only seen people banned on communities I visit twice. Said site had a reputation system, where you could add or take away points. He had -356. Then they had a sock puppet account to get around it, so finally the mods fired the IP BAN cannon. I'm not familiar, but apparently all his character's moves and motives made people go "WTF?", and he never really explained them.

The other one managed to insult everyone, including himself, repeatedly, and was a general asshole.

Babelfish isn't that reliable...send something along the following path:
