Well see Manga Studio likes huge, massive, OMFGWHYISTHATFILESOBIG files and hard lines. It simulates standard Manga artist supplies such as the G-pen, Spoon Pen, Magic Marker, ect. It ends up with crisp, clean lines like http://witch-of-the-si.livejournal.com/100664.html#cutid1 and it has an autocorrect tool so it looks less shaky but they can look a little bit harsh. For photoshop I use a smaller file, and the paintbrush tool, which gives it a more sketchy, soft feel but isn't very neat, like http://witch-of-the-si.livejournal.com/99706.html#cutid1
The sketch was done in photoshop, btw.
(It probably doesn't even matter. But I'm an obsessive compulsive art nerd.)
