Oh, I see. You're the kind of leader who prefers to be equals.

Is the lowest color red? [he's making notes while he's texting her. the spectrum goes red, orange, yellow... she must be more violet than deep royal. which makes him wonder: are all the other trolls writing in their blood colors too? interesting, interesting.]

Women are often referred to as "the fairer/weaker" sex and are generally treated as if they are truly lesser than their male counterparts. This can range from subtle changes, such as docks in pay, to completely different social treatment. There are religious sects that won't allow women to lead, countries that refuse to allow women any form of rights, ways of life that require women to constantly hide in plain sight.

Again, it depends on the country.

It can be traced back to religion, but there are a lot of men who consider themselves forever stronger than their female companions without religion. It's a very common viewpoint, in some ways.

No, there are feminist movements. There are women who refuse to match with men, which is considered an anomaly in some circles. There are also some women who will take it, believing it to be their lots in life.

I've never truly understood this mindset. I've always considered the childbearers of a race to be just as strong as the men. There are weak men and weak women; it isn't a rule.

There are several guilty religions, actually.
