Good for you! <3

I love both you and Brian. I love you more, though, since we're married and everything. <3333

One of the former presidents of Hilltop (I don't know if you remember Julie, she visited a few times, but graduated before you started. anyway) used to hold an annual anti-valentine's day party, whether or not she was single. she just hates the holiday. I greatly disapprove of this "singles-only" anti-valentines celebration, because it only furthers the notion that to celebrate the day you need to be in a relationship. the whole mess perpetuates the idea (that my cynical mind refuses to wrap around) that you need to be romantically involved with someone to be happy. or to get candy. I like candy, and while I enjoy free candy more than stuff I have to pay for, that's really what valentine's day has become. Candy. I think I just completely fell off of my high horse there, distracted by gooey sweets. Sorry you had to become victim of this rant. ^_^

I think, that since there's no February 29, then you all should celebrate your anniversary half on the 28th, and half on the first. It could work, right? ^_^

[hugs]
