And you're really right. Our choices are what matter. I'm generally not big on dark!Fraser, but if he had murdered someone, I think it would have driven him pretty much around the bend. Or at least for the purposes of this story it has. Thanks for the feedback. :)

I am pretty well near speechless. Twice in one day I've read fics that I've been prepared not to like and twice in one day I've ended up loving them. I don't like dark Fraser, but I read pretty much anything I can and this is a perfect example of why I do that. When someone is able to take something I normally dislike so much and make me love it? That's when I know I've read an excellent fic.

And despite that warning of darkness, I didn't feel an overwhelming darkness to Fraser. I just felt sad for him most of the time. I'm really not making any sense. This was wonderful. There. That's about all the feedback I'm capable of giving at the moment. ;)

I'm so glad you liked it. And yes, I think you're right. He's not so much dark here as---hopeless. And that's very different from our Fraser. Thanks for the feedback!

Wow. Very cool AU, excellently done. I don't see Fraser as a particulalrly dark character, either, but I definitely see the potential for darkness in him, if that makes sense.

It makes absolute sense. Fraser generally has hope. In his life, I'd hate to think what the lack of that hope would do to him.
