This wasn’t the reunion Lee was expecting.  He’s not exactly sure what he was expecting after their…moment in the brig but it wasn’t this.  It wasn’t both of them standing across the room from each other, staring, Kara closed off and Lee insecure.

Ooh! I really like how calm this is. That sounds weird, but I mean it in a very good way. It's so easy to go for the Big Dramatic Moment, yet I like how this could seamlessly fit into the show right now, with some perfectly in-character pilot(ician)love, yet them still going on with their separate lives. Writing "quiet" fics is a huge challenge, and you did this really well!

Oh I'm so happy you liked it! *YEAH!* I am such a Leegirl and from one Leegirl to another I'm so glad I could cheer you up a bit. I really do believe that Kara needs Lee to step in and just sort of center her right now. But obviously the show feels differently. Which is clearly, tragic.
