No, don't belittle yourself, this was out wicked fast, and it is quality work. You have a nice touch with the humor. There's only one thing I would like to change, and believe me, it's minor. Just a little grammar.

he'd be gotten back is passive, which is frowned upon (unless you take Latin). Maybe something like 'he figured Ryan would get him back...'

I dunno, it was just bothering me. Really great story and I can't wait to see where this flirting leads :)
