I can so TOTALLY see these two being friends from way back, and adding Elliot into the Rio situation just sounds like WAY too much fun!

...though I can say you successfully broke my brain with the age trivia. That's just too weird!

=) Glad you enjoyed it. The second part of the title was, in my mind, how Parker would refer to the incident later! I was so tempted to write more of it. Maybe I'll do an epilogue, some other time.

I know nothing of Fast & Furious other than it involves car racing. I always enjoy your visits to the Leverage 'verse, though, and this is a treat as always!

Glad you enjoyed it despite not knowing half the canon. =) The first few Fast and Furious movies are definitely mostly car racing, but by the fifth one it transitions to a really adrenaline-fueled heist franchise. Lots of gorgeous people having fun.

So, my life is insane, right? And I missed this because of reasons. And it's almost 10 pm and I still have at least an hour of work to do tonight, but I just stumbled over this and I had legit forgotten I even gave you this prompt, so.

Bestest surprise ever. Eliot and the loyalty and the hair and of course he knows everyone and their Mossad hitwoman and I really dig the way you write in his voice, all country boy and tough ass hitter rolled into one.

So before I give myself over wholly to the squee, thank you so much, this is gorgeous and it just saved my evening.

Also, the title. I have no idea if you picked up my various references to 'breaking Rio' in, oh, every fic I ever wrote post F5, or if it's your own, but it cracked me up before I even started reading.
