I've discovered that I love baking bread. Today was my first loaf since the start of summer. (Too hot in summer, I found, to want to bake bread!) The bread was very tasty! Mmmmm!

I loooove making me some quickbreads, but I'm still intimidated by yeast breads--in part my lack of large, clean surfaces on which to knead and let the bread rise, in part because of the amount of time needed for letting the dough rise.

But yes, yay baking bread! Yum!
