I stumbled upon an episode of Remington Steele on the telly, Pierce Brosnan is doing possibly the crappest Manchester accent I've ever heard, and OMG THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER.

Um. I had no idea I was nostalgic for this of all 1980s detective shows.

And Laura! She was wearing a fabulous hat in this ep. :)

I am now recalling that she had some great clothes. Similar to the gentleman in your icon. Who I've always had a soft spot for. :)

I LOVE Remington Steele! I have all seasons on DVD, and I rewatch every couple of years because there really is nothing like old 80s detectives shows that I watched when I was a kid for making me feel all better. I just have to be careful that I do not end up watching all sorts of Pierce Brosnan movies again, because seriously, that guy has been in some crappy movies.
(but he was pretty!)

*spams you with Remington Steele icon because she can*

Yes! yes, exactly! I was geeking out the other day with a co-worker about Murder, She Wrote; I made my mom buy the 5th season of Simon & Simon on DVD; and Barney Miller totally counts as another 1980s detectives show, right?

Yaaaay icon!
