It's funny because the zodiac thing is something I remember from my first astronomy course at uni, and suddenly people are talking about it, like, oh my god it's changed! and I thought it was already understood that astrology bears no relation to actual stars.

And yet, when a birth-date-based program today pegged me as a Libra rather than a Scorpio (I am just after the cusp according to most things) I was rather disquieted.

I know! I didn't think I actually cared all that much, but then suddenly they're trying to tell me I'm not an Aries, I'm a Pisces, and I'm all, "Oh hell no!"

Hee! We had an excellent time tonight, playing games. Including with controllers like I haven't done since uni, which was awesome, even if my right thumb is now numb.

It's not really stressful--well, I guess it is, but I feel more positive about this stress? Though I don't think my body does; I had a dream that one of my supervisors lectured me for forgetting to do something. (And then today he did not lecture me, but he did give me more work to do on my single non-grant day. *sigh*)

But, yeah, I feel vital and productive and happy to have the work. So it's, um, positive stress. Ahem?
