Hee hee hee.

“I’ve always thought Ophelia should have kicked Hamlet in the balls,” Sam interrupted brightly, turning to Teal’c.

Jack and Daniel both turned to stare at her.

“Indeed,” Teal’c said, with a single, thoughtful nod.

Oh, Teal'c. You may have some hair-pulling issues, but you and Sam should totally run away together.

They could be space revolutionaries, instead of space pirates. (Teal'c, wasting his potential since 1997.)

Bwahahaha!!!

::::loves::::

Especially the yammering, and the importance of not telling Teal'c about Elvis. Airplane noise and getting old snark are also a thing of joy.

It is completely delightful that Jack uses the Simpsons to excuse his knowledge. An the tone of this whole story is so full of glee and joy. Thank you!

I adore Teal'c, and reading him reciting made me miss them all. I think this is a day to watch some early season SG-1.

The ending is perfect and then some. *hugs*

Awww, yay! So glad you like! And I hope you got to watch some early SG-1 (I haven't--I'm amazed they came out sounding right at all! then again, they're kinda ingrained by now).

I ended up taking a nap. And heh, yes to them being ingrained. We all take them with us everywhere. Which, depending on where we're going, is a very good thing.

Personally, I'm taking the team to work with me this morning.

Is that wise? I mean, in some ways they *are* the definition of "Can't take you anywhere." I mean, I suppose I can get away with it when I'm working by myself in the stacks and snarking over the records I find, but in meetings? I do not need to be channeling Jack.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Shakespeare and SG-1! Now there's a chocolate I want in my peanut butter! Now I have the weirdest mental fusion of Kenneth Branagh saying "From this day to the ending of the wooooooooooorld!" only in Teal'c's voice. :)

Thank you, l'il Aces! Best birthday ever!

ha! Come on, you know Teal'c would love Shakespeare. And the St. Cripsin speech is *so* up his alley.

(I'm not going to say how long it's been since I've seen the Branagh version of either of these plays.)

Yay! Glad you liked! :-D
