People in airports are fucking selfish. I mean, yeah, people are generally pretty self-centered, but by god. We were getting onto a flight--which had been delayed a little bit by weather, and it was still raining, and it was a little prop plane so we had to run out in the rain to get to it, and people kept getting held up because the people in ( Read more... )

Gah. I guess the more people get stressed, the more self-centered they get, as a whole.

Well, and they were all just being so damned entitled. It's a ridiculous attitude that I despise quite a lot.

Blah.

Security was perfectly fine going both ways, thank goodness. Though I was momentarily caught behind people who apparently had not flown since at least before 9/11. None of the flights were international either, which helped.

Those were just the babies at the front of the plane with me. There were more scattered elsewhere. And when the flight attendant walked past picking up trash one time, she said "Wow, it smells like baby right here." I laughed. Sadly.

they wanted me to get on a flight that was delayed for three hours, had no airconditioning, and had five babies.

i rebooked for the next morning and spent the night in the terminal.

i win.

i love flying.

I used to love flying a lot more than I do now. I think I'm over it now.

How was spending the night in the terminal? I've never had to do that, though I have slept in the occasional terminal.
