I found my way over here through moondarri's journal. I present my meager offerings:

Hey Rose - Girlyman
Blood and Fire - Indigo Girls
Which Backstreet Boy Is Gay? - unknown artist, but it's not Weird Al
Somedays - Regina Spektor
"I'm in love with your daughter; I want to have her babies. I'm in love with your daughter, so can I please?"
Girls and Boys - Blur
"Girls who like boys who like boys to be girls who do girls like they're boys who do boys like they're girls"

In the way of Broadway, I also have Rent (both the OBCR and movie soundtrack), Avenue Q, and Wicked (specifically For Good; you can't convince me Elphaba and Galinda weren't a couple), and I can upload them if anyone's interested.

I always feel a little bit lost when I'm trying to download music, so if anyone can throw some recommendations my way, I'd really appreciate it. My tastes run more along the lines of folk, vocal (e.g. Regina Spektor), and alt/pop/rock (e.g. Ok Go, Sloan).

Also, if anyone has more Girlyman, that would be great.

Pink is awesome for alt/pop/rock. You might also like The Butchies' stuff -- a little more punk, but not the screamy what-I-can't-make-out-what-you're-saying kind. Ani DiFranco is awesome folk. I've always really, really loved Alanis Morissette's voice.

I can upload k.d. lang's hymns of the 49th parallel if you don't have it -- that's some very lovely folk. I really love her covers of Hallelujah and Bird On A Wire.

Also, I am hugely interested in Avenue Q and Wicked.

Thanks for the recs. I'd love the k.d. lang. I'm a huge fan of Hallelujah covers, coincidentally.

I just remembered that the Wicked is in .m4p format from back when I had no idea what DRM was, so unfortunately that won't want to play on your computer. I've been meaning to find a better way of converting my music to be DRM-free, so I'll look into that. I'll upload the Avenue Q and with luck the Wicked when I get home from work tonight.

Very belated, but I wanted to say thanks to everyone who's shared here. I don't have much queer music, something that I've been meaning to rectify for a long while. This way, I can try stuff out before spending money, which I really appreciate. :P So, yeah, thanks all! ♥
