School has just started two days ago and I'm already completely done in. No, seriously. Christmas break was waaay too short, and even though I like most of my colleagues and the kids, it feels as if has already been forever. I'm getting too old for this stuff

Ugh, I feel I’m getting too old for christmas. It wipes me out. Here we’re in summer, which means holidays until the end of January. So I’m in recovery mode. I appreciate the time; I feel like I’m in recovery from the last month.

I caught up with a beloved nephew and niece yesterday, here from Ireland for a couple of weeks. So good seeing them. The next generation of my family are truly special. I have two nephews, two nieces and my son, plus various partners, and they are all a joy. The best thing about christmas.

I bought you six months of paid time a few minutes ago. Merry christmas! As I understand it, it should automatically extend your LJ in April. Let me know if there are problems.

I don't know how... and I don't dare to start something without the support of someone who actually knows how to do these things. I'm woefully incompetent, didn't even manage to use a small gift somebody gave me for Amazon. :((
