I've been sitting on the idea to get a Facebook to scare people for years now but it was Cone who finally got me to type in the site address. No no, they don't play them to hit on girl characters... They play the games because they enjoy them but unfortunately it's unavoidable that they hit on them... I've thankfully managed to keep myself to just being overly polite...

This one guy must be bipolar because one night he's normal--"Finally another adult lol"--and talking about our fave CN shows. The next day he in-game emails me "Hey hun, miss you!"

lol But i only expect that on forums, chatrooms and WoW. A 26 year old playing a kids game should not call a girl he just met "hun" and say he'll miss her. Uber creepy.

lol unfortunately that is the nature of the beast that is mmos. I've seen it in even the most kiddy of MMORPGS.. Also you'll run into that crazy guy who thinks you two had/have a connection because you made some idle chit chat. Soon they'll be saying stuff like you two should meet up and they'll ask if you have msn/aim/email and begin sending you unwanted pictures.

Maybe they think of it as practice?

I don't know if you added me yet, because that would mean I'd have to go on Facebook (I'm avoiding emailing someone back). But if you haven't yet I will hunt you down add you instead.

I actually wrote "hunt you down" the first time before realizing that had the totally wrong connotation. Oh, Internets. Making us all sound creepier.
