A restaurant. They serve steak mostly and nothing but sports on the tvs (tho oddly enough it was all woman's softball which made me lol) and each table gets a big bucket of peanuts. It's just the theme or whatever for people to throw the shells on the floor. I feel REALLY bad for whoever cleans up at the end of the day.
