[Raine hasn't been seen or heard much around the village in the past week, mostly due to feeling unwell for some time after a swimming lesson gone badly. [If Raine comes down to check on him, Mithos will be sitting on the cot, carefully tending to his wounds - which look a lot better, after so many weeks. The lacerations have scarred over enough that they don't re-open with his movement, and so the bandages have been abandoned. But he's still applying ointment to help stave off any problems that may arise with the recovery.

He makes no acknowledgement of her presence when she appears outside the cell, choosing to pointedly focus on his injured side. Lots and lots of ointment is very necessary there right now.]

[At some point during the day -- likely in between checking the shops and before her Taichi search -- Raine pays a visit to the cells in the tunnels to make sure that Mithos is still there and... well, that's the most she can do really.

Expecting the silence, she's quiet at first herself, the effects of the tunnels bothering her a little more than usual as she remains observing as he applies the ointments and gauging how the wounds have healed.]

[And still he's quiet. When he's spent more than enough time on that particular wound, he moves onto the one on his back. Despite being one of the less severe injuries sustained in that last draft, this one has been giving trouble due to its terribly inconvenient location. Difficult to reach, impossible to see.

[Storm is out and about today, as well. Browsing the stores and taking a walk like a normal person, instead of flying around.]

[She keeps seeing Raine as she goes about the town, though. When their paths finally cross just outside the flower shop, she figures it's only polite to greet her.]

[Whenever Raine makes her way back home, she will find Albert waiting outside. It may not be quite visible from the steps, but there is a teapot, teacups, and teabags set on the small porch table. Albert himself is sitting on the porch steps, idly eating a bag of peanuts.]
