[Here is a sight that's not normally seen by the public; Raine can be found on the property of house 42, sitting underneath one of the tall trees. She seems to have a large sketchbook in her lap, and some papers to the side... is she attempting to relax?

She also seems reasonably distracted, if anyone attempts approaching her.]

[She lifts her head a bit, not used to hearing him in her neck of the woods.]

[ For some reason or another, Duke is wandering near House 42. Or maybe his wanderings just took him there. Either way, he comes across Raine and decides to stop and glance at her. ]

[Being distracted as she is, Raine doesn't notice this stranger's presence just yet. She's frowning faintly at her sketch but not quite adding anything to it for the moment.]

[ That's all right, Duke usually enjoys speaking just when he wants to. Hence it takes him another moment of contemplation before he turns to face her. ]

What is it that you're drawing here?

[Well that's an unfamiliar voice. She lifts her head, a little surprised.]

Hm?

Nothing really specific, mostly just some locations from home.

[Sure. Lu will bite. 8) She's out walking at the moment, and lo and behold, someone... drawing? So, curious as ever, Lu wanders over to try to peek at the sketchbook.] What are you drawing?

Hm? [She's really not used to being caught out like this, especially since it's an activity that doesn't involve working.]

It's nothing really, simply buildings and the like.

It looks like fun. Do you do this often?

... No, not usually. But I suppose it is a nice way to spend the time, when there isn't anything immediately pressing.

[Anise has been walking around town with Tokunaga happily perched on her back. Seems that her exploration has led her to this side of the village, and to this lady under the tree. She walks over, curiously.]

[Raine doesn't quite notice Anise since she hasn't quite made herself known, and she's still a little distracted. She taps at the paper, quietly, still looking down at it.]

[She stands near Raine, peeking at her drawings a little bit.]

That's really pretty~ Did you draw all those yourself?

Hm? [She blinks, lifting her head to look at the younger girl]

... Yes, I did.

[Pleasantly surprised with this new development, Genis walks over and tries to see what big sis has been drawing.]

See, this isn't such a bad idea now, is it?

[She just lifts her head and gives him a wry look.]

[He'll just sit beside her, then, and peer at her sketches a little bit.]

Why? It's not like it's hard to draw.

I suppose not. It doesn't feel very constructive, however.
