I just saw an ad for Disney world in my email account. "Gee!" I thought, "a trip to Disney world would make a great fanfic. I'm thinking Baby-Sitters Club."

Then I remembered. "Oh yeah," I said. (I think in hypertext all the time, don't you?)

If I tell you I'm writing very long Harry Potter fic, that will probably jinx it, right?

I was going to write BSC quiz bowl fic once! Then I found Stacey the Math Whiz.

I still think it would have been better with more Stacey/Janine mathsex.

Most things would (be better with mathsex).

I mean! There's the one where Claudia writes a personals column and finds her dreamperson and it turns out to be Stacey!

Or the ones where they decide that Friends Are More Important Than Boys.

And the one where Charlotte keeps ending up in Stacey's bed.

It's not that the fic writes itself, it's that the fic is already written.
