I haven't read the fic yet (although I'm sure it's great), but what does it say when I read the pairing (first) and immediately thought, "Okay, so did Ari write this fic, or did she request it?"

Okay, I've read it, and it was wonderful. The voice was so different than most of your voices, so very Joyce, that I'm simply in awe. Your command of the craft is just incredible, and this fic is just further testament to the fact. Bravo.

Hee! Well, let's put it this way. When LGL said she wanted Joyce/Olivia for Christmas but didn't want to request it for fear no one would write it, Cady said, "I know someone who would," and I said, "OMG, please say you mean me!" And it turns out, of course, that she did. :)

Am so glad you enjoyed! Joyce is a challenge, but getting to rewatch eps (in DVD QUALITY OMG SQUEE) was really helpful.

Well this was just... interesting. And I mean that in every good way it can be meant. I've considered the pairing before in passing (back when I was trying to gay-ify the entire female cast of Buffy for the hell of it), and this is so much better than I thought it would be.

You stayed surprisingly true to character, and I loved it. This is a fabulous fic. I'm going to stop with the barely sensical squeeing now.

Ooh, thank you! I admit despite my fixation with a) women who are older than I am and b) rarepairs, I didn't think of this particular pairing till lostgirlslair requested it.

Oh, I loved it! Hee. Yeah, that pic of the two of them together is may favorite. I just love how sweet they look and I would have loved to see more of Olivia. ::nods::
