doing the kidsis's homework (only, really not)

Dec 02, 2005 21:24

My kidsis who is (as you all know!) the brightest, most talented, amazing and funny twelve-year old in the whole entire world, has this writing assignment where she's supposed to describe what she would do on a hypothetical day off from school in excessive detail. (It's a 5-paragraph-essay with intro, what I would do in the morning, what I would do ( Read more... )

id pass every test ever... and the basis of math would explode into a million pieces rendering chem, calc and physics useless so i could concentrate on what i actually need/want to learn. :D

no really?

waking up after a good nights sleep to a sleepy girlfriend (whos not up before me as usual) and watching her sleep (and possibly writing lewd things on her in marker) followed by cuddling and other such unmentionable bed activities. :O and then of course more cuddling. and then some breakfast. and going out somewhere. (maybe the park? shopping? strolling around downtown? meet friends for coffee?) theeen.. having my domestic wifey make me supper or go out for something good. like mongolian! and then more cuddling. followed by maybe... video games/movies/BUFFY! (if only she liked it.. but you cant have the perfect day without it.) and then more kisses and cuddling. and sex monopoly. and more cuddling. and.. again and again till sleep! :D in a nice cozy bed. and then a million dollars grows out of my ears.

Let's assume this is a weekday during the summer, which I have off anyway. First, I would wake up at 8:30 and make omelettes for my roommates and maybe one of their boyfriends, if he was around. They'd be tomato and spinach and mozzarella omelettes. I'd have toast with boysenberry jam too, and earl grey tea with cream, not milk.

Then I would read a magazine or a book for about an hour and then Sean would come pick me up and we would go to the beach. We would play frisbee and have a picnic and swim. Then I would go home and have dinner with my best friend, maybe watch a movie, and go to some place to learn how to salsa dance with my friends Maureen and Scott and Anthony. Then I would go to my parents' house and have wine (Hey. Let's be specific: Da Vinci chianti), and sing songs with my family until about midnight, then I would fall asleep on my parents' couch while watching a rerun of Gilmore Girls.

Oh man. That all sounds so nice I think I might cry.

I'd get up, take a nice long hot bath with a book and my music on in the background. Then I'd head over to the library, where I'd find the latest books from my favorite authors were all in. I'd come home, squee to my mom or dad about that, and then get ready because my friends were coming over. We'd make cookies, hang out and talk, and go see a play/movie together. When the movie was over, we'd still have some time left, so we'd head over to a bagel shop, get something to eat, and sit around and talk some more. Then I'd head home to cuddle my kitty and watch Stargate and Atlantis with my family. And the episodes would both end up making me squee happily. Then I'd go to bed and read myself to sleep with my music on and my cat snoring next to my ear.

I did a "perfect day" post a while ago in my journal.
