Errr.

Willow/Giles/Buffy/Xander essay for ship_manifesto.

I should be asleep.

I feel like resolving to write 1000 words a day, or a fic a day, or something. Thons are good for me because they force me to write, and I haven't broken a 'thon commitment yet, but sometimes I wish there was a way to make myself write the stories that live in my head that aren'tI ( Read more... )

I have a lifetime ahead of me full of work and weekends and work and weekends, never ending.

:( Stop that! :P You have work, which makes you *money,* vital to life, and weekends, which need no justification, and holidays during which you visit friends/friends visit. XD & happy moments with family, and going to bookstores, etc. etc. Plenty of good stuff to tide you over 'til grad school, which is probably what we're all waiting for, anyway. >_>

...um, *hugs*, yes! That was my point. XP

But. Um. Fandom is shiny and there are Willows and Freds and Sams and Elizabeth Weirs in the world.

Heh. I'm amused by the fact that, excepting Tara, we have completely different taste in women. Don't get me wrong -- I like Willow, Fred, etc. But given all the women in our common fandoms? Yeah, Faith and Darla and Lilah and Dawn and Teyla and, heck, even Buffy would be closer to the top of my list.

Still working on my fic.
