Need a dessert recipe

I am making my customary fabulous Christmas Eve dinner at my mom's house. Standing rib roast, chantilly potatoes, yorkshire pudding, maybe a beet salad, because mom and sil and I like it, whatever else strikes my fancy at the market for sides

I'm a big big fan of Panna Cotta with berry sauce and fresh berries. Can be made with less sweetener and more cream (more cream!!). Simple, fairly quick except for chill time, and so, so, so good.

Mini-cheesecakes with fruit sauce or stewed fruit? I favor this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Mini-Cheesecakes-III/Detail.aspx, which is nothing fancy - you could certainly find better cheesecake - but they taste great without the crust (I never bother), go together quickly, give everyone a small but dense taste of dessert, and have 2/3 of a tablespoon of sugar per. :) You could make a separate caramel sauce for folks like me who like sugar with their sugar.
