Cost shouldn't be bad for that. I got the e.e. cummings poem "l(a" and an oak leaf tattooed on my bicep a couple years ago for $130.

depending how big you want it, that shouldn't be more than an hour or so of work, so I'd be startled if it cost more than a bill fitty, depending on the shop rates.

Check with my second child. She found a tattoo artist in Anoka that did a great job on her back for a reasonable fee. His work is the header on her blog
