Hahaha -- you know, ironically (IRON-ically, get it?) I feel like the only person on earth who didn't get the Mandarin setup. I mean, I was like, "Mandarin has rings -- these dudes have rings -- why don't they just use Mandarin instead like they did in the cartoon movie?" -- but my brain function didn't extend to "Maybe the guy talking about the great empires of Genghis Khan has some kind of connection. . .

Yeah, anyway. Glad you're liking it. Comics is a good thing! (That's, umm, a takeoff on the slogan of the "Politics is a good thing" slogan from my old university; not sure if either is gramatically accurate).
