Yay. I didn't think it would be too bad. I wonder if that is the reason some of my films have been very dark recently.

It looks like some toned down and obviously smaller and European version of Burning Man...

Hmm, the attitude and direction of the festival is very different though.

Fair enough, I know nothing about it, I just went by the visuals.

So, what is it? Music or just social?

Bit of both.. Primarily music, dancing, and lounging around on the beach, though.

Those look awesome - i've never really thought about what Portugal must look like; is it all like that (obviously I mean outside of the cities)?

I like this idea of a festival that's more than just music. Can't imagine getting to do any lounging at the Big Day Out!

Well.. I didn't really see much else of Portugal, except out of the window of the car as we drove from Porto to Idanha-a-Nova and back. A lot of the landscape did look kind of like that though, although obviously, without all the geodesic domes and hippies ;)
