I share your pain. It only took them 7 weeks to replace the SIM card for my phone - apprentally 3G and 2G SIM cards are different, and as they had me down as having a 3G phone when I was using 2G one (becasue they refused to give me a new one... GGRRRR!), they kept on send me out a 3G SIM cards...

Throw enough rocks, they will respond eventually...
