It's nice. Big open spaces, easy to get to the countryside. Lots of shopping. Lots of pubs. Big party atmosphere. S'bout it.

It's really nice. Compact and busy. Horrid at the weekends, when it fills up with stag nights from Liverpool, but.

I would go there like a shot, especially for Google.

IIRC, it's not hugely dissimilar to London. Housing's cheaper, but beer is more pricey.

I've not lived there, though. :-)
