Work responds to our whinges

Interesting.. my work just went around and dropped leaflets onto everyones' desks, saying that they realise they've been crapped and we're whinging about stuff, and this is a list of things they are definately doing to fix it

I'd be surprised if any of this happened. Yeah, I'm cynical and anti-company at the moment, but my experience is they wear us all down, then go through a promise making phase - we all buck up again for a while - promises are broken ... so they have a party somewhere....

Meanwhile, promises are ignored, and if possible history re-written.

I won't say anything about where I work at this point, which, honestly doesn't seem that much better for such things, in fact, if anything it's probably worse.
