Liar Game, episode 7

Jun 02, 2007 12:42

I couldn't resist the pretty again - I just love the camera angles, the colors, etc. This episode was fantastic - Nao is such a lost puppy, but at least she takes instruction well, and Akiyama is so very handy to have around...Favorite moment: ( spoilers )

These are so pretty. I really need to get back into watching it, I am horrendous at following airing dramas.

I'm glad you like. :) This one is easier to follow than some of the others because it's short (~36 mins) and the subs come out pretty quick. Although I'm very excited because the finale is going to be THREE HOURS. I'm still in shock.

Omg, are you kidding?! Three hours?! That's like... six whole episodes! Lol! Someone out there must know how much we love Mr. Personal Belongings...*g*

I posted this the other day from Tokyograph:'LIAR GAME' drama gets 3-hour finale
Tue, May 29, 2007 (4:25pm EDT)
Fuji TV's "LIAR GAME" drama series is getting an extended final episode. On June 23, instead of running in its regular 11:10-11:55 time slot, the program will air from 9:00 to 11:55.

This is a first for a drama series. There have been many cases where a final episode is extended (generally by 15 minutes) or a series gets a later special episode, but no serialized drama has ever had a finale extended to 3 hours.

"LIAR GAME" has attracted decent ratings and has become very popular among young viewers. In an Oricon survey early in the season, it had the second-highest viewer satisfaction rating behind "Kaette Kita Jikou Keisatsu."

Actor Kinya Kitaoji will make a guest appearance in the final episode as Hasegawa, the head of the "game."

I also laughed when the Game Lady said Akiyama-san is one of Kanzaki-san's personal belongings. I do wonder though if the Game Lady didn't go solo when she specifically asked for Kanzaki to enter the Restructuring Round.
Does she have her own agenda? Or is she the ultimate shipper who wants to get our OTP together?
I can't wait for the next ep.

Randomly, I've grown quite fond of the main Game lady. :)

SO HAVE I!!! *giggle* Last week she helped Nao pick up her teddy bear and was nice to her, and this week she complimented Nao and everything! I totally like her muchly. :D :D

I just finished watching the newest episode and I have to say, I love being able to just watch it without thinking and getting myself caught up in the tricks and whatnot. I keep on crying, "HOW SMART!" when I'm sure I could've figured it out, but I'd rather not flex my brainpower with this one. :D And yes, love for Akiyama as "personal belongings". *snicker*

And now I can't stop listening to the title track of the OST. It's so CATCHY! *bounce*

Oh yeh...I love that game lady...
geez I hated it how she STILL trusted freakin' fuukanaga...aaargh!
But yay she got him back for the whole joker trick thing!
Oh but I think she is soo stupid not seeing how she only had 1/4 chance...pretty dumb...my sis and I picked it up straight away..
Oh but I LOVE matsuda shota's character in this...he is soo cool...my sister and I are literally drooling over him...
And yes! My sister fell off her chair and I just started gasping when she said he falls under her "personal belongings" EEEEK!!
I didn't think I'd love this j-drama as much as I do know!! It rocks!! Second only to ProDai-but this is getting harder to watch because it's breaking my heart :(:(
