I've tried a couple of times to download the new version of iTunes and it's crashed my computer both times, so I'm sticking with the old version, a decision that's now sounding like a really good one. Good luck reconstructing your music library and your playlists. I'd probably bawl like a baby in your position, but you sound so calm.

There is a sense of calm that comes over me when I realize that there is nothing I can do but what I can do. I would be crying like a baby if the iPod stopped working. Or if it fell and broke into pieces. But like this, it still works and I just have to reimport my stuff. iTunes synced what was stored on the laptop and one hard drive, so I've just reimported a lot more from a different hard drive tonight, and later I'll get to the videos which are woefully few. I'm feeling much better now that I've restored nearly all of the music, and I'll feel a LOT better once I restore the videos, as they are what gets me through all the waiting lines and the commutes when I'm too tired to read and just need a fun pick me up! :)

i went to the JDramas community but it's kinda slow... where do you download the episodes?

Oh I am waiting with bated breath for my copy of the Christmas CD(Marillion of course). I am SO happy for you Nic is staying through the holiday! Is he going to come home with you? ! I will be so happy to see you both. I have not gotten to see the science of sleep yet but you know my eternal love for senor Gael. I did see Babel (his part was too small- boo chicken. By the by I do not find your devotion to your ipod odd ( no pun intended lol). I just got one from Mike for my b day and am still getting to know it but the love is growing day by day heehee. Well hope you are feeling better...love hugs and well wishes to you and Nic.
