I thought I was insane when I watched five episodes of Kimura's jdorama Engine without any English subtitles....

No, seriously, the episode was interesting, and I don't care if the dialogue turns out to be crap. It was worth it for Kame. :D Is it wrong to be that shallow? ;)

YES! You should totally watch Sapuri - it was much better than I expected, and I loved Kame. Now, I just wait for the subs, so I have a clue what's actually going on. ;)

The origins of all this can be found here in this recc post you made that basically changed my life for the last more than a few months. :D I "obtained" and watched Good Luck! and Long Vacation and then received such a treasure of other Kimura doramas from you by post a few weeks later...
Now that I've seen most of the major Kimura doramas, I have a lovely pile of others to watch. I'm basically catching up on some of the roles of the younger JE kids, and adding in a few of the older ones as I go along. For example, I watched Hana Yori Dango in May, and I have one of Tackey's coming up soon.
But I'm also trying to watch other, non JE doramas - did I tell you that I am almost done acquiring Full House? (all sixteen ( ... )
