So me and ilanabean42 were spamming the crap out of each other as per usual, right? We were discussing about writing styles and how recognizable writing styles are (and the way I’m totally psychic and realized what fic was hers in a heartbeat) and then she had this Idea.
ilanabean42: I wonder what would happen if JE fandom had one of those things where you post fic anonymously and people have to guess who wrote it. I'm curious if I'd be able to recognize people's writing.
SO THIS IS WHAT I PROPOSE: write some fic anonymously! It can be short, long, silly, serious, anything you like at all. Any fandom you like (though most people reading this are probably JE people), any person, any pairing, and everyone else has to guess who wrote it! (And let’s not cheat with the guessing guys. Guess first, check everyone else’s answer second :D)
And to help you out if you’re stuck, me and ilanabean42 had thought up some random prompts if you needed some.

The answers would be posted later on. That is, once this is over, you can own up to what you wrote. You can own up to things in a screened comment (I’ll get the notification and will edit this post accordingly), or you can stay anon forever if you like (though, that would defeat the purpose of it, but oh well).
NOW GO FORWARD AND WRITE AND PIMP THIS LIKE WOAH MY LOVIES. It’s only fun if everyone is guessing left and right after all (and to guess, obviously there’d have to be some fic to guess at too…) ♥
ETA: So, people are finding it really hard to guess without people to guess at. In a screened comment here can you tell me if you wrote something? Then I can make a list for everyone to poke sticks at and then guess. :P
