INCEPTION FIC: Origins (Arthur/Eames, Dom/Mal, Hikaru no Go AU)

Inwardly I’m going, “oh my god Inception fic ad;lil;ksgfl;kl,” and outwardly I’m also going “oh my god Inception fic kladl;k;akda” but in a way that involves a lot more tea drinking and running into walls. How is it that I write an AU of Hikaru no Go before I actually write Hikaru no Go fic?

OMG. OMG. OMG.

So, I like HnG, but really my only familiarity with it is from when I used to read chapters in the American version of Shonen Jump, six or seven years ago. And the whole time I was reading this I was like, "Oh yeah. I remember that. Huh. Crossovers are interesting.:

AND. AND. AND THEN. OMFG THAT LAST SECTION. ASDF;LKJASD;FLKJ *FLAILS LIKE A FLAILY THING*

I was reading the first part and I thought: yet again, everything is Mal fault xDDDD!!! Completely random thought, of course, because... yet again? really? I srly think I got a problem here xDD

I loved it. It's so the movie and HnG at the same time. And I just knew Eames would be taking the shoji related part! ♥
And Yusuf was awesome!

i hope it wasn't an unpleasant surprise crossover though! :) (i'm kind of working another hikaru no go/inception crossover and wrote this one quickly by accident XD)

Hello! I've been saving this for the right day and it was worth the wait. I love the world you've set up here for them, and can feel how excruciating this is going to go with Arthur, waiting for someday. Their feelings transfer over so well, I think, and you've done a lovely job with portraying that. I'd love to see more of this, if you're ever inclined. ^^

oh thank you so much, you're far too kind :) i'm glad it didn't disappoint -- it was the first piece of writing i'd done in a long, long time, and in a new fandom to boot so it was kind of nerve wrecking a;flkkljklgl;sdfk;

before classes had hijacked me i was planning on more hikaru no go/inception stuff -- different crossover, though, but i barely have enough time to check my email, now, let alone write. hopefully we'll see?
