I thought the movie "Stir of Echoes" was interesting. I didn't realize it was a book-to-movie movie. If memory serves, Kevin Bacon played the lead and he never really impressed me with his acting ability, so I think it would have been vastly improved with someone else in that role.

I love most of M. Night Shamayalan's movies. "The Lady in the Water" was ok, but I LOVED "The Village". We own it and I'm suddenly in the mood to watch it again. Thanks! :)

I need to watch the Village again, too. I so loved it. Not sure when I'll get around to seeing Stir of Echoes, if I do.

Yeah, I've heard that. I first heard about it when it came out in the states around 2005 I think, but it's taken me this long to actually sit down and watch it. Really loved it though.

Haven't seen it yet! I didn't realize it was by the same director, but I've been wanting to. I'm a big Angelina Jolie fan and it looked like my sort of action movie.
