ANONS, DELIVER UNTO ME JR BEING A DIRTY HIPSTER.

It is clear from his tweets and his general love of pretentious indie music that he REALLY LOVES VAMPIRE WEEKEND, so bring JR to a Vampire Weekend concert, please. He can drag Apolo with him, and of course Apolo will be like GRUMBLE GRUMBLE THIS IS SO LAME IDGI but JR will be busy making ♥_♥ faces at Ezra Koenig. THEN HE CAN MEET EZRA and they can be cute and indie and pretentious flirty together. And idk Apolo can be jealous.

LOLOLOL JR AND EZRA, LIKE, NAMEDROPPING BANDS AT EACH OTHER AND ARGUING OVER WHETHER ELEPHANT 6 WAS ~OVERRATED AND PITCHFORK VS. TINYMIXTAPES. AND APOLO TOTALLY JUST HAVING NO CLUE. I LOVE THIS SFM.

it should totally be, like, official canon for every fic that JR is super hipstery and pretentious. this is my absolute favorite thing about him. :D

HAHA OMG YES EXACTLY. THEY CAN ARGUE OVER THE PERFECT ALBUM AND THEIR THOUGHTS ON THE FLAMING LIPS. OR THE IMPORTANT MOMENTS OF THEIR LIFE SET TO OF MONTREAL SONGS IDK. Apolo will of course be twiddling his thumbs and occasionally be like "......so lil' wayne, right?"

I'd kind of love to do this, but I know nothing about half of the music JR listens to, especially not Vampire Weekend. Any help/suggestions/etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously, if someone knows more than me and wants to fill this, that'd be fine. Just throwing this out there since no one has offered yet.
