I'm heading north. Gonna try to find a place in Canada for a while. Callie's coming with me.

Infirmary.

Conway's true to his word; he shows up at the infirmary a few minutes later, Callie at his side, one (stolen during the chaos) suitcase in hand.

He knocks three times, then draws a shaky breath and waits.

Rachel slips out of the infirmary once he knocks. She'd been waiting for him. She folds her arms in front of her as she greets him. The last plague took a toll on her, and she doesn't know where Robin is. If he's still alive. And at the sight of that suitcase she feels the sadness spread a little further. Who could possibly blame Conway, though?

She wishes she could give him a smile but there isn't one to give. "Hey."

As soon as she opens the door, he sets his suitcase down and wraps his arms around her in a tight, squeezing hug. He's sure she needs one, after all this, and he knows he needs it, too. Contact. The reassurance that this is all over and people are okay.

For the most part. Sort of.

"Hey."

Her emotions have been wrapped up tightly since she reappeared in the infirmary, but once his arms wrap around her Rachel lets out a shaky breath.

As if someone has performed an emotional Heimlich on her. Sweet, funny Conway.

"I'd ask if you're okay but that's a rather pointless question, isn't it?"

She breathes in deeply into his shoulder before stepping back. A hand cradles his cheek briefly. "You sure about this?"
