Ooo... very neat. I love the graphic look. Would it be out of line to ask how you drew Jack and the Doctor here? Great effect.

Thank you very much, I'm so glad you like it!
Of course, I am ready to share: I used Photoshop CS3 with Topaz Clean 3 filter (by Topaz Labs) to achieve this drawing/painting effect. This filter is a very cool thing! So I took images of Jack and the Doctor and used the filter on them.

Thanks for the info. I use Photoshop a lot, but mostly for photo enhancement rather than artistic work. I just checked out Topaz Clean and I'm thinking I might pick up a copy to play with. It's interesting, because a lot of these effects are something I normally try to avoid (I'm usually prepping images for print, and enhancing detail, not getting rid of it) but I love the art look of some of these, and I'm thinking it might be fun to play.

Glad if it's helpful :) I think this effect is very good for collages, as it helps to hide the differences between images if there are any (and usually there are).

WOW! Really beautiful! Wish I had seen it before I wrote my story on the same prompt. I would have let the guys go on a boat ride! ;-D

Love Nikki!

Thank you very much for a very inspiring comment! Glad to hear you like! I used Photoshop CS3 and Topaz Clean 3 filter to create this wallpaper (and also some basic images, of course! I haven't drawn anything)).
