What a lovely, quiet little fic. I like that this Doctor can see the ways his last selves behaved and how that affected others, and that Jack's bad day wasn't overblown and melodramatic, and that it ended well.

Oh I liked how non-adventure once again turned into the ususal Doctor adventure. :) The Doctor is just a trouble magnet.

The hints of Eleven understanding how he has hurt Jack in the past was beautifully written, too. Great fic!

I really liked this. I've often thought that Eleven has evolved enough to appreciate Jack and to love him, and this very much illustrated that. Their voices rang true as well, and I LOVE Carl!. Very sweet, thank you!
