This is beautifully done. The Doctor is very believable, and I love that Jack shows up thousands of years later in his personal timeline to repay old debts. The little girl on the bus was such a beautiful device for explaining how the timeline got back on track. But the absolute number one thing I love most about this story, hands down, is Bogdysjji. You managed to render him as an alien point of view, yet make him so convincingly familiar to us that we understand exactly what kinds of decisions he's going to make and really generally feel like we know him.

It was one of those times where I wondered if I was being too obscure but felt like if I gave it any more it'd turn into a Sledgehammer of Exposition. I'm tickled that you loved Bogdysjji so much. He (and the querulous human who inspired his creation) was the one who gave me my first glimpse at what was actually going on here, so I'm very glad to hear that what he brought to the story worked for you as well.

Bogdy was fun to create. I confess, his name was deliberately difficult to make it clearly alien, but honestly, I ended up copy-pasting to make sure I didn't mangle it myself. LOL
