Fantastic and brilliant and I call canon. I can actually see and hear the Tenth Doctor saying this in my mind, defending and praising Jack to anyone and everyone except Jack himself. It gives a beautiful spin on the awkwardness the Doctor treats Jack with in canon, and I adore it.

That's a huge compliment - thank you very much! And, yes, I really do believe that the Doctor thinks very highly of Jack, but is completely incapable of saying it to his face.

I so hope Ianto or Tosh can pull up the CCTV vid of that and show Jack just what the Doctor realy thinks of him. He needs to know.

Oh, that's great! I believe in every word of it))) I just hope someone eventually tells Jack, and it would be the best if the Doctor did it himself!

Thank you very much! Yes, Jack needs to know, but I suspect that if he were to wait for the Doctor to tell him he'd have several more grey hairs before it actually happened...
