Oh, wow! I adored this. :)

I love the casual progression and the undercurrent of friendship beneath it all.

And as much as the Doctor would have preferred going somewhere else-he liked variety-he knew it made Jack happy. And he liked making Jack happy.

That's my favorite bit. Simply wonderful.
