Just keep trying. I don't know about the Netherlands, but in Belgium many of the schools start accepting new applications next week.

Just keep trying. Even if you are late, they might be able to get you in if you still try to apply at the start of the new year. It's not as if you will have missed many classes. They should be applauding the fact that you are trying to go back to school, not hold you back!

Try to get hold of a telephone number, and call them every day if you have to. Just be persistent. There is always a way!
