I waited until all of the parts had been posted before reading and I really enjoyed this; it's a very interesting idea and you've brought historical Torchwood and modern Torchwood together very well! (One tiny concrit - there's a typo in your summary in the word piece.) I liked the ease of your Jack/Ianto interactions and the fact that they were quite believable and felt IC. :)

Been waiting till it was finished until I read the alst 2 parts. Fantastic story telling here! The back and forth between 1891 and present day keeps the mystery going as to what happened until the end. :D
