Okay, I had to go look that up.

If I were going to ever do that as ANY Sailor Scout, which ... okay, I'd have to be given an absurd amount of money, since I've never even seen the show, and it would take a lot to get me in a skirt that small... yeah, probably that one. The hair is more-or-less right and she has non-offensive colors and no meatballs on her head.

You know, I have never sat down to watch that show and I don't even know why I know anything about it, actually. But the meatballs on your head would be so cute! Especially the vividly dark pink ones! You'd be such an adorable meatball clad schoolgirl! (you notice how none of them actually look Asian or is that just me?)
