So yesterday... well, technically two days ago since it's past midnight, so let's just say the fifteenth for convenience, was my birthday.  I'd asked not to have a closing shift, and actually work was pretty pleasant: just busy enough that I wasn't bored but nothing too horrid to do.  And, of course, not closing.

Again, Happy Birthday! I think low key birthdays are the best. High stress, crowded ones are never as fun as one initially thinks they will be. Brian and I are getting close to celebrating his and he really is trying to down play it as well. Good to hear work wasn't too bad on your birthday either. This year, I'm thinking of using my last days of vacation on my birthday so as to avoid any risk of a busy, tiring day.
