Yes, I had a ticket to a midnight showing :) Like there was any doubt. By chance, and not because I was looking to - I ended up at a HFR Imax #d showing. It wasn't my intention actually. But I picked the theater close to home (so I wouldn't have a longer drive). I found out later it was showing in HFR. Several other IMAX's around were NOT.

I went to see the HOBBIT of IAMX 3D version in Japan on 14th Dec night too. :)
I LOVE it very much!
I miss the shire...Frodo...Gandalf...Bilbo....Gullum....and I love the dwarfs.
This movie is full of humor and is favorite.
It is a long time that I came out of the movie theater in such a fortunate feeling. It's awesome movie. wwonderful! Can't wait part II.

Wasn't New Zealand Beautiful? All the scenery shots, and outdoor flyovers ... sooooooooo pretty!

Unfortunatley, you could tell when it was a 'set' and not real. Oh well.

I really enjoyed - and looking forward to two more movies!!

Great to hear your views. I've been bad and haven't seen it yet--but definitely will VERY soon... and probably several times very soon!
